Pricing depends on the size of the home, its condition, and the type of cleaning needed. Regular cleaning starts at $135. Deep cleaning starts at $195. Move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $330. Final pricing depends on the home size, condition, and requested add-ons. Extras such as inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, inside cabinets, or heavy buildup can be added if needed. New recurring clients may receive a first-cleaning discount when booking weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few details about your home and what you want done. Then I confirm the scope, share a clear quote, and schedule a time that works for you. On the day of service, I arrive with my own equipment and focus on the areas that matter most. Before I leave, I do a quick final check to make sure everything looks right.

I’ve worked with busy families, professionals, renters, and homeowners in apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes—both recurring cleanings and one-time Deep or Move-Out jobs. I’m careful with surfaces and focused on a polished, finished result.
