After an unplanned, very stressful flooding of my condo I was thrown into the grueling task of interviewing and hiring contractors for all the restoration work. It was a "hands down" decision to hire Shannon and Bundled Services purely on her business model set up, expertise and huge positive energy in a time when I had none. I really felt like I hired a partner in a project, not a contractor I was going to have to babysit and hold a fire on to keep moving. I would hire Shannon and Bundled Services again and again in the future. We communicated constantly and I was never left wondering of our timeline or progress. The fact her groups could do all pieces (painting, flooring, baseboards) left me with confidence in the timing and quality of the project as a whole. I was referred to a contractor and he was not even close to giving me a quote after 20+ days and I went out on a limb and got in touch with Shannon. Within 2 days she had given me an estimate and started work the next day. Her prices were very fair and she was able to get the project done in about two weeks time. We had floors stained, paint throughout the house, cabinets painted, and hardwood floors installed. We are very happy with our home.

You will not be disappointed. Shannon took an almost impossible rehab with such a tight budget, and turned it into something more than I could have ever dreamed. She kept me updated the entire way, as I am out of state. Not only was the work beautiful, but she moved so fast. Would definitely use her again.

Shannon and her crew were great to work with. They took on the big job of relief our ceilings, repainting the entire house, and refinishing our floors. Overall, they were able to help make our recently purchased, 30 year old house look new again without having to gut everything and start from scratch. Shannon was also committed to giving us a result we’d be happy with even if we had planned for something different. Will work with her again on future projects.
