FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
contact me by phone or text and then I will gather all necessary information for a price estimate that could be done either through our email questionnaire or over the phone although I will need a list of furniture and box count to provide an accurate estimate along with several other questions to give you the most accurate estimate. once I've provided an estimate if you agree with our estimate then we can move forward with a deposit and you will be locked in for that time slot that you put down a deposit for, unless it's a small job then deposit not always required
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
