Scott at Radon Xpress was very professional and had a terrific work ethic. I was unsure of which company to go with for my radonmitigation and Radon Xpress went above and beyond, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I highly recommend them to friends and family. Scott worked with me to decide the perfect spot on my house to hide the system as much as possible, he didn’t just look for the easiest spot to install it.

Thank you Scott and Rebecca. I would recommend this company for those of you that are looking for RADONmitigation. They are professional and great customer service. The re testing is tomorrow and I'll find out on Wednesday if the number went down. So far Scott brought his testing machine and it went from 4.3 to 3.6 within minutes. Scott did a great job with the radonmitigation system. He showed his knowledge right from the start by picking the right spot in the concrete to drill the hole. The radon levels dropped to 3.3 (from 4.5) even before he left.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of the system is determined based on the complexity of the required system and the materials necessary. We don't have hidden fees or deceptive warranties. We are straightforward,trustworthy and honest
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have some basic questions that help me determine what type of system the client will require. I explain thoroughly what it will involve and how it functions. I can typically give them a quote over the phone and I am extremely flexible with scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state licensed home inspector and radon mitigation professional. I also have a background as a turbine engine mechanic and over 15 years of mechanical experience.
