Our home had been experiencing ice dam issues in the area over the garage for several years and I contacted Storm Guard of Naperville to have the situation assessed. My representative, Christopher Nenoff, was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Christopher was able to thoroughly inspect the attic space, take photos, and immediately show me the current status, and what could be done to alleviate the situation. Storm Guard handled both the roofing and attic re-insulation segments, and I felt we were always very much in communication with them. Both crews arrived promptly and did a wonderful job, making my experience an excellent one.

There are no hidden fees. For insurance-based jobs, we work off the scope and pricing approved by your insurance company. For retail work, we provide detailed proposals and offer financing options to help fit your budget. We also proudly offer discounts for military members, first responders, and seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a free, no-pressure inspection. During this visit, we assess your roof and exterior, take photos of any damage, and explain what we found in clear, simple terms.
