A. yoga classes, life coaching, nutrition and dietary support, workshops, public speaking, educating
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Meet with a potential teacher, be clear about your needs and your budget.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. While this practice might be powerful and athletic, it is adaptable to all levels....so the most important thing is just to get started!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The power vinyasa flow is physically challenging, brings mental clarity and emotional calm. It's just not often you can find one practice that encompasses all three of those aspects in life. Find out who you are and what you are capable of through this powerful practice.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love helping people tap into their most powerful selves....so that all kinds of dreams and goals can be made possible....both on the mat and off!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. People always ask about beginner classes. I recommend mixed level classes so that people new to yoga can learn from those with a bit more experience.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I have so many great stories from teaching yoga that I can't fit them all here! Come create your own great story!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. As a yoga teacher I am deeply devoted to helping people move along the journey toward better health.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. As soon as I found yoga and experienced it's power in my life, I knew I had to share that with others.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I completed my first 200 hour teacher training in May 2014. We had seven graduates all of whom are more than well prepared to teach yoga and start changing other people's lives. It was one of the most rewarding things I have done since I started teaching yoga.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I reguarly take workshops, advanced trainings, attend seminars and continue to teach teachers.
