I offer classical yoga based on Patanjali Yoga Sutra -- body, mind, and soul, for co-ordination and control. I offer a one-hour program and teach till body awareness level is reached. I also teach further meditation techniques.
Depending on age, designing of yoga asanas (postures) with breathing and attitudes or pranayama, are done after evaluating own strength.
I also offer:
* sun salutations 12 cycles
* kundalini awakening techniques
I have taught more than 50 people in and around Naperville-Chicago, IL.
