- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on each individual job we do not subject you to an hourly price. We come out and look at the job we go over it with you explain to you what needs to be done give you a price write up a proposal and with both agree they perform the job so there are no surprises we stand behind our work strive for only 100% customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat Oliver customers the same so there are no new customers or old customers. We want all customers to have the same excellent service from our technicians however our first customers will realize that we are there for them 100% as we will walk through every part of the job explain everything to them and not give them any surprise prices at the end of a job or the middle of a job. If something comes up that we haven’t explained to you already we will stop let you know what is going on and see if you’d like us to continue so that you are aware of every step we are taking to make sure that you are 100% satisfied
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed plumbers. I have a state registration with Illinois and are licensed and bonded in each town we work in.
