Luna services are amazing. She was able to come out give me an estimate and due to work within it the same week!!

Alcy was very thorough between asking questions about what areas of the house were to be cleaned and giving detailed feedback about the tasks and estimating how long the job would take. Not gonna lie, I didn’t think there was any way she could’ve finished in the time frame quoted but little did I know that there was an associate who would be assisting her, AND THEN a third showed up later. They had their work cut out for them, but they absolutely went above and beyond and made the place like sparkling new again, all in time to turn the rental back over to the homeowner. HIGHLY recommend!!

I had a great experience with Luna’s. Jaime came to clean my West Elm sectional. I was able to book less than a week out, which was incredible. Pricing was very fair: $200 for a large sectional (with SIGNIFICANT dog shedding on it!). The couch was spotless and smelled amazing. Jaime was professional, punctual, and respectful of my time and my space. He brought his own professional grade upholstery cleaner. He was so friendly and gave me tips for maintaining this type of upholstery fabric. I will certainly be booking again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have as a motto, I manage each client with a budget according to the needs and what the clients look for and expect from me. I have competitive prices and recurring customers, I offer a free furniture service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In fact, I want the client to know that I am a responsible, friendly, empathetic person who will treat their home with respect and honesty. I like to give a tour of the house, and ask the client where they want me to start and if they would like me to use their own supplies or use mine! While I am cleaning if you want to say something, how you want me to clean or what product you would like me to use I will take it as something positive, which I would greatly appreciate. In the first cleaning it is always a little longer because I do not have a routine, I like that the clients feel comfortable, trust me and that I will do a great job in their house, I will look for the moment to make sure that the client is satisfied and happy with my work, I would not like to be dissatisfied because of something that is not done well!

We have 3 years of experience and we know and study the liquids we use for each project we do.
