He helped me with a blue screen of death error after I attempted to restore my computer to before it was broken. He quickly contacted me after putting out the job on this website and was very quick in suggesting fixes. When I talked to two other computerrepair services, they gave me a quote of between $125-210 to repair my computer. Kenneth spent at least 4 hours on my computer and only charged $35 (I felt guilty and made him take $50). He tried everything he could of before resorting to try and fix my computer without deleting my files. Somehow, he managed to save a large portion of my files. Kenneth is a very good at his job, willing to go above and beyond, and very flexible on when he can help. I would gladly have him fix an future issues with my computer! He even is willing to help fix any problems I have for the 90 days. Great service at a great price!

Kenneth was at my home for 2 hours today, trying to figure out why my computer had a black screen after turning on. He informed of every step he was taking to try and find the problem. He did not charge me for the time he spent working on my computer. Instead he gave me a name of a shop in Fishers where i ultimately took my computer. Excellent service Kenneth. I would definitely use him again.

This is the best Help you can get at a Great Price. I had a virus from a coupon website and Kenneth got if off, along with other bad files I didn't know I had. He worked half the day and now my computer is perfect and running faster. I've put Kenneth in my records if I need him again and passed his name to family members. If you need help--Hire This Guy!

Kenneth has successfully diagnosed a problem with a custom-built gaming desktop computer. The intermittent failures were ultimately traced to a failing power supply. Kenneth diligently checked and ruled out other possibilities, such as the bootable hard drive problem (the machine couldn't complete booting, but sometimes it didn't even start) and the graphics card problem (we lost video signal as the computer was shutting itself down). Great work!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
From the days of DOS til today, I've always owned a computer. As a child, I'd mess up my Dad's computer and have to fix it before he got home from work. I love helping people and I love computers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common problems I run across are the viruses/malware that get onto their computers, even though they have protection. Blue screen issues are a daily occurrence. Another common issue are slow computers from not being optimized and cleaned over time.
