Cris came right on time to provide an estimate of the paint project. His written quote was very close to the verbal estimate. I would not have to worry about buying paint brushes or rollers or furniture covers since he would supply it. All we would be paying for besides the paint were itemized by room and area, and the quote served as a contractual agreement so we would not be hit with unforseen additional costs without due notice. When I received a quote that was a little cheaper, Cris matched it and threw in a further discount. Cris was not pushy at all but gave us ample time to respond. Unfortunately for us, we had to hold off the project due to sudden financial difficulty. Else, we would have definitely engaged Cris due to his professionalism and great portfolio. I would keep Cris in mind for future projects for sure.

Cris destroyed our home. He refinished the wood floors and they floors are done so badly that every contractor who has been her to fix them says they have to be sanded to the bare wood again. He removed all our railings and left us with plywood in a 2 story foyer with children. He was unreliable, not showing up many days and leaving in the middle of the day. He left his helper here who sat on his phone texting. In addition he broke our chandelier, our $1000 window covering, put over 20 holes in the drywall, scratched our kitchen cabinets and cut (with a razor) 5 rooms of carpet at the doorways. He was absolutely the worst contractor we have ever dealt with. He is unethical and unskilled. When it became clear that he had no idea what he was doing, we fired him and we are no suing him If you want proof I will mail you the pictures. DO NOT HIRE THIS HORRIBLE PERSON. Our family Thanksgiving and Christmas are ruined as our house is unlivable and he, in effect, robbed us of $6000.
