- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not an estimate. The proposal we give you will be the final cost of the entire project including sales and installation. There will be no surprise price increases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can schedule an appointment for an in-home consultation and we will bring the flooring samples to your home in our mobile showroom and provide you with a proposal on the spot. You do not need to leave your home to get the floors you love!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 100 hours of training BEFORE we ever meet our first customer! And training happens all the time because products and services are being constantly improved!
