If projects are quoted by the hour, then the work will be billed at the quoted hourly rate. We are not a general contractor and do not take on projects that require permitting or a general contractor. This might include large remodeling projects, structural changes, new construction, structural demolition, etc. At the end of the day we strive to provide everyday home services that home owners and property managers need, with integrity and great customer service you deserve.
