We changed the color of our existing hardwood floors to a darker stain. Lorand did an excellent job. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Came early, finished on time as stated before the work started. Very clean and professional. Will recommend him going forward to anyone who might be looking to get floor work done.

Loran from Locs Construction did a Great job installing our new hardwood floor in our great room that is next to our kitchen which has hardwood. He refinished the kitchen and perfectly matched the new and old hardwood. He is a perfectionist that delivers beyong your expectations. I would reccommend him to anyone for installation or refinishing. He's prompt and professional and delivers on time...

Lorand was absolutely wonderful! He & his crew were on time, worked quickly, efficiently and refinished the oak floors in 3 bedrooms beautifully by 3 pm! They are gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend the LOCS Construction Group to everyone. In fact we expect to hire them for another job!

Highly outstanding job. Exceeded my expectations. I had more than 1000 sqft of hardwood refinished and 500 sqft of new hardwood installed. Lorand experience talks for it self, I would say he is one of the most knowledgable when it comes to flooring.
