- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based off customer requests. For junk removal services we offer a multiple truck pick up and disposal. For moving projects we create customized packaged quotes for each customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the process for new customer as smooth as possible. Once a customer has scheduled and confirmed we send an email confirmation with all the details. Customer receives a phone call 24 hrs prior to service date and one call the morning of with GPS arrival time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We educate our employees of the importance of great customer service and clear communication.
