Hi! I’m Chef Jasmine Day, a Chicago-based chef, pastry chef, and culinary instructor with a passion for creating flavorful, beautifully presented food and memorable dining experiences. I offer personalized private chef services, meal preparation, catering, intimate dinners, special occasions, and culinary/baking instruction for people of all ages. I also offer ServSafe and Sanitation classes. Every menu is created with my client in mind, taking into consideration dietary needs, preferences, lifestyle, and the overall experience you’re looking for. My cooking style combines comforting, familiar flavors with fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and elevated touches. I work with a variety of cuisines and also enjoy creating balanced, health-conscious meals using quality, organic, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Whether you need weekly meal support, an intimate dinner for someone special, or food for a celebration, my goal is to make the experience easy, nourishing, personal, and delicious from beginning to end.
