- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay current, I am always researching and finding new innovative ways to provide the customers with information they should know.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this industry as a young boy helping my Grandfather install soft asphalt siding in the rear porch of our own home. I enjoyed working out doors and working along side him. He told me then, that when you start something you see it through to the end. And always be poilite to the people you work for.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was called out to investigate a leaking Skylight, I found that the Skylight seal had deteriorated over time and the whole unit needed to be replaced. I spoke with Homeowner, explained what needed to be done to resolve the issue. They were very happy with the decision to replace the skylight and have referred me to new clients.
