I moved out of my apartment and hired c&p to clean for my move out. When I went back the next day after I had paid (and tipped the cleaner) it was as if nothing was cleaned. I ended up cleaning quite a bit myself and asking for a refund. They would not provide me with a refund but insisted to send someone to come out and clean it again. I have not seen the job they did after I left but the before job was horrible. The person messaging me was very responsive and the landlords told me the place was much cleaner after the second cleaner. Maybe it was just a bad cleaner but the lack of refund was really hard to deal with. Glad the job got done eventually but don’t know if I would hire again.
