I booked a deep cleaning with Anastasiia for my son & DIL "pre-baby" cleaning. Customer service was prompt, friendly and easy. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Svitlana arrived on time and worked hard cleaning their house from top to bottom and left everything sparkling fresh and clean. The price was very fair and reasonable. It was a great experience from start to finish! Would definately use their service again. Thanks so much!

When i inquired i asked for “deep cleaning” for my bathrooms - this was not communicated to the cleaners by whoever answered my message and so they did clean my bathroom, but it was not DEEP, DETAILED cleaning i was expecting and inquired for, it looked like how i would GENERALly clean the bathroom myself! and aside from this, it was not communicated about all my floors to be included - so the cleaners after i have talked to the owner had to rush to get things done because they were booked somewhere else after- the $160 i paid for 2 hours they spent cleaning i think was not worth it - the cleaners were nice and did a good job, i hold the owner of this company responsible for not communicating the nature of the job that was requested in the first place and just sent the cleaners to the house to do work blindly.

Hello, Bethani! I’d like to clarify that the full scope of the cleaning, including the bathrooms, floors, and specific requests, was discussed and communicated to the cleaners before the appointment. There was no lack of communication or preparation on our company’s part 🙏🏼
Unfortunately, the cleaners chose to rush the job and did not follow the instructions provided. This was not authorized or approved by our company, and following this appointment, we made the decision to no longer work with these cleaners.
We’re truly sorry the service did not meet your expectations. We value every client and always strive to provide a service we can be proud of.

My husband and I just moved into a new house a week ago; I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with the moving/unpacking process, on top of figuring out how to clean everything. Decided to hire a professional cleaner to come and help, and I am so glad I did! Zuhra from Cleanex was extremely thorough, friendly, and did an amazing job. My new house now looks sparkly clean! Would highly recommend, and will definitely continue to use them in the future.
