- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While our pricing is high and in the top 1% of services we provide convenience we provide a one stop shop for all your health needs. If it’s physical therapy , personal training, medical management oversight/coordination, nutrition, general wellness and health, we have you covered in one place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client starts with our MedMap Assessment — a comprehensive intake that captures health history, lab results, goals, lifestyle, and any current medications or conditions. From there, I conduct a personal strategy call to map out a plan. We then coordinate physician access for any clinical needs, assign a nutrition and training framework, and begin weekly or biweekly check-ins. Nothing is templated. Every plan is built for that client specifically, and every vendor in your care team is vetted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background spans telehealth operations, health and wellness business development, and concierge client services. I have built clinical coordination infrastructure across 48 states and work directly alongside board-certified physicians — including a Stanford-trained plastic surgeon — in developing our programs. My edge is not a single credential. It is the ability to see the full clinical and lifestyle landscape and build a plan that actually works, then execute it with precision. I have experience and degrees in sports medicine/exercise physiology, nutrition, management, medical school, and hospital administration.
