What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system varies because each client maintains their homes differently and wants certain services. This why I need to meet with the customer to see their homes, what areas are to included and then provide a cleaning plan and quote.
Thumbtack provides the initial quote based on the limited information provided here. It might be in a range but is not always accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a walk through the entire house so I have a better understanding of what the client wants and expects. I have a checklist and take notes and also let the customer know I am willing to take on additional tasks if requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning houses for over 15 years and have many satisfied clients. In the process I have learned the best techniques for approaching all cleaning situations.
