- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on time, occassion and location. Discounts are only given on larger groups of 10+ A $50.00 Early or late call fee will apply to customers requesting services before 10AM and after 6PM. A $30.00 Sunday/ holiday fee will be charged if needed. Clients are responsible for parking fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Questionnaire on my website that all clients are required to complete in order for a quote to be given. Once quote is given and client confirms, a deposit invoice is sent out immediately to secure an appointment. Follow up email/text will be done 1/2 days before scheduled appointment. Balance will be due on the day of.
