I would highly recommend Margaret. I reached out to her and she responded quickly and was very detailed in answering my questions. Margaret was prepared for my appointment with no waiting. During my appointment, she explained what she was doing and any impact if any. We even chitchatted and giggled. Once done, Margaret explained the process and expected turn around time for filing and made sure that I was able to access my documents. I will be using her again.
