We use a secure online portal that allows clients to upload tax documents, review and sign returns electronically, and pay preparation fees in one place, creating a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
Our basic starting price is $200. Returns that include additional tax documents such as brokerage statements (1099-B), interest and dividend income (1099-INT/1099-DIV), or homeownership-related forms are typically priced in the $250 to $300 range. For returns with self-employment income, K-1s, or rental properties, there is an additional cost of approximately $35 to $50 per business activity, K-1, or rental.
Business tax return preparation for S corporations, C corporations, and partnerships starts at $550, with pricing based on the complexity of the return.
A reasonable price range will always be provided upfront, and we rarely exceed that range. My goal is full transparency so there are no surprises related to tax preparation fees.
