Matthew did great work on replacing the strapping on our outdoor patio chairs that were shredded by the hail storm on Memorial Day. He had respect for my first responder husband, and that was important for scheduling the work given that I also work. We experienced communication issues with the Thumbtack app at first, but when I called him, we were able to work through those issues. I would only recommend anyone working with Matthew to call him on the number on his profile rather than trying to communicate with him for your project on the Thumbtack app. It was so much more useful calling him. Thank you, Matthew, for a job well done. I would recommend Matthew for your handyman job.
