I’m only supposed to pick three, but he is all of them. Anyone who needs an architect, he is your person. He has gone above and beyond helping me get to where I need to be. He has been super professional, always answers my text messages Just a pleasure to work with. I could not have picked a better person for my project. I am very happy with Jerry's service. Jerry came to my house on time. He listened to my house plans, and answered my questions. He was also very helpful suggesting alternatives. I needed my house drawing quick, and Jerry delivered. The cost is super reasonable compared to other architects I received quotes from. It was Labor Day weekend, and he came on Labor Day afternoon to hand deliver the drawings. He even provided extra copies. I submitted the plans to city of evanston, and the city had no questions. Even after Jerry already delivered the plans, I called him to ask if he can edit the plans, and he answered my texts early in the morning. He provided advice and was willing to edit the plans. I got an email today from the city that the plans have been approved. His work is fast and exactly what I asked for and more. We also had a conversation today, and he offered to answer any questions if the city needs anything else. I highly recommend Jerry to draw your plans.
