FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the job — no hidden fees. I offer free estimates and affordable hourly or flat rates depending on the project. For small repairs, there’s a reasonable minimum service charge to cover travel and materials. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or multiple tasks in one visit, helping you save more while getting quality work done efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to your needs and discussing the details of your project. I’ll then provide a clear estimate and explain the best options for your repair or installation. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the job at a convenient time for you. I always show up prepared, complete the work efficiently, and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction before leaving. My goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and years of experience in home repairs, minor electrical and plumbing work, and door and window installation. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside licensed contractors and learned practical skills through on-the-job training. I stay up to date with safety standards and building practices to ensure every project is done properly and up to code. My background has given me the skills and knowledge to handle a wide range of home maintenance and repair tasks with confidence and quality results.
