Urbano is one of the nicest chefs we’ve had. The food was amazing, but the customer service was the best. He’s very kind and made the birthday party special for our kids' birthday. We used J's Catering for our New Year's party and Urbano was our personal chef for that evening. It was a great event and we really enjoyed the experience. Urbano started by suggesting a full menu and we loved the selections. The evening of the event he arrived with his gear and the meal already prepped. All we needed to do was to make our kitchen available and get ready for a fantastic dinner. Everything was timed to perfection and once our guests sat down our personal chef served beautiful platters filled with deliciousness and explained how the dishes were prepared. It was a real feast with juicy steak, chicken in light wine sauce, roasted crunchy potatoes, asparagus and super fresh, colorful salad. Our guests were truly impressed and happy with that special meal. Our event was a great success thanks to Urbano's cooking skills and his passion. His love of cooking really shows in the meal he created for us. He made our event unforgettable. Thank you so much J's Catering!
