Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We charge a flat diagnostic fee, which is waived if you proceed with the repair. We also offer seasonal discounts and flexible financing options, including 0% interest for 3–6 months for qualified customers. We always provide the total cost upfront—no hidden fees. We believe in upfront pricing—no hidden fees, and you’ll always know the total before we start any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, clear, and focused on your comfort. Initial Contact: We start by understanding your issue or project over the phone or through messaging. Scheduling: We schedule a convenient time for a technician to visit—often same or next day. Diagnosis: Our certified technician will assess the issue and provide you with a clear explanation and quote before starting any work. Repair or Installation: Once approved, we move forward with the repair or installation efficiently and professionally. Follow-Up & Support: After the job is complete, we’re here for any follow-up questions and provide warranty support on parts and labor. We aim to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority!
