I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with having our roof and gutters done. I had been anxious with the idea of having the roof replaced. The large scope of work and the expense was a lot to digest. Thankfully, I found General Roofing and Vasyl to settle my nerves throughout the experience. Vasyl responded right away to my message, came out for a free quote, and answered all my questions. When it came time to begin the work, he pulled the Village permit, scheduled material delivery and advised his crew to show up. On the scheduled install date, they finished the whole roof that same day and the gutters on the very next day. No games, no delay, no excuses. They cleaned everything after themselves and when they left each day, aside from a beautiful new roof and gutters, it was as if they were never there. Excellent work.

I had new gutters installed to replace my existing ones. There were some issues with how the downspouts were located but they were fixed without any questions. I would have no problem using them again.
