This company is amazing! Konrad was my trainer for 5 months and he challenge me to work hard and change my eating habits, and because of him I feel amazing with the transformation of my body. Now im training with Peter and hes also amazing he makes our work out a lot of fun and he is able to work around my schedule. I never kick boxed before but since Pete has introduced me to kick boxing its my favorite work out and ive noticed great results from it! I really recommend either Peter or Konrad they are both intelligent men who will both push you to amazing results!
I just had a few lbs to lose but somehow I could not get my in the right mindset! I decided to do the six week challenge @ Higher Level Fitness. That has been exactly what I needed to feel great & get back into my skinny clothes! So far it has been five weeks! Cannot believe how awesome it has been! The workouts have been fun, but also challenging! This challenge has taught me how to eat better & think of my health in a whole different (much better) way! Danny listened to my goals, created a regimen to hit those goals which included weight loss, muscle gain, targeted areas such as midsection and glutes & gave me tips for my dietary needs. Danny was fun and energetic to work with! Funny and always pushed me harder! I've lost 30lbs (starting at 170) and 11% body fat (starting at 38%) in 2-3 months with consistency,(exercise & diet) persistence & his knowledge in training! Loved when he'd mix it up with some boxing for fun and challenge! Danny is highly recommended for your fitness goals! Total bad a** in your corner!
I've worked with a fair amount of trainers over the years. My Bootcamp Coach is at the top of my list. He tailors every workout to my goals, pushes me in a positive, productive way, and is an excellent $ value. On top of that, he's true professional...sadly you don't find enough in this line of work. Punctuality and professionalism are prerequisites to me working with anyone in one-on-one settings and he truly exceeds my expectations. For anyone that is goals oriented with their fitness and wants that individual attention to their workout, I'd highly recommend working with My Bootcamp Coach.

I started training with Lauren after I broke my foot last July. I knew I wanted to keep up with my exercise routine and work around my injury. She designed work-outs for me paying particular attention to my injury. I decided to continue my training with her because of the variety of the work-outs. They are never the same. Her latest has been boxing which is something I have never done before. I have always had some sort of exercise plan in place whether it was group classes or exercising with a friend. I find my time spent with Lauren has been most beneficial. She keeps you focused and working hard at all times.
I love my Personal Trainer, Brian. I am VERY particular about Trainers. I always pick one by watching them work with their clients. I assess the results of their clients and their own personal results. A Trainer needs to look like a trainer. Brian is one of the best. He is not a chatter box. He is quietly effective and he means business. He focuses on your form, pushes you tirelessly, changes the workout constantly to confuse my body, and has helped me become more stable (I used to trip and fall all the time, weird, I know). My results have been the best testimonial. I have lost 30 pounds and 6 inches around the waist with Brian. My whole body has trimmed down. My whole goal was to have a more lean body, not buff or overly muscular. He tailors my workout for my needs. It is funny, because I get asked about my Trainer every few days. He truly is the best. I can't say enough things about him. I hired Brian 3 years ago. It's one of the best gifts I have given to myself. I go to him 3 times a week, which I recommend.
I come into Title every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for the 5:30pm boxing class. Everytime I'm greeted so well and taken care of by Cristian! I've been a member for almost a year now and relocated to the South Loop location from the West Loop because I work nearby at a law firm. He is very respectful and makes sure everyone is taken care of even those who are taking their first class and need help wrapping their hands. Young but talented!

Alex came recommended by another respected trainer. I had a specific goal in mind and Alex took the time to review, plan, and execute, a workout regiment to help me achieve it. Staying fit is important to me as I am in law enforcement. Alex not only met, but greatly exceeded my expectations. Alex also keeps things varied and fun with kettlebells, weighted staff, and boxing techniques. He is also very knowledgeable on proper nutrition. I started this journey into 2011 and have had several trainers but Chris by far has been the best one. He does a full body workout from anywhere from boxing to running to strength training it's all mind body and soul and that's what Chris brings to the table. Boxing combines every athletic skill there is. If you are involved in another sport, boxing will enhance your ability at that sport. I experienced this firsthand myself. Vigorous sports like boxing also stimulate the mental side as studies have proven. You don't have to compete in the ring; the workouts are challenging enough.

I am a former fighter turned into a personal trainer. I used boxing and plyometrics to help beat up body fat. 30 minute sessions 2-3 times per week is what I suggest for best results.
