- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a start up company, we are celebrating grand opening prices, and pricing our cleaning with all inclusive services. We price our jobs by walk-throughs unless customer is comfortable negotiating job prior to walk through. All inclusive means if you need an oven cleaning we don’t tack on extra fees. We do not tack on extra for windows. We either negotiate the price or charge by the hour. We do offer discounts for seniors and the disabled. We also offer discounts for consecutive cleans. The more often you have a cleaning, the more the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them and do a walk-through and cover the expectations. They want for our company to clean in their home. We then negotiate a price based on the walk-through. We settle that before starting the cleaning and then we receive payment when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 45 years of being inside store working and being raised by my grandparents working in their store. Every facility I have worked in or managed needs cleaning. I have a lot of experience cleaning commercial and residential properties.
