I was really impressed with how quickly I got a response back by putting out an inquiry about having my bushes trimmed. I let them get overgrown and got to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable doing it myself and thought it would just be weeks before somebody got back to me, especially with all the rain we’ve been having. So when Nap & Sons got back to me and said they could do it within the week and I saw the price. I was like “This is a no-brainer.” They communicated well over the app and let me know when they were gonna be there, how I can pay and when I got home from my business trip, I saw the work and was completely satisfied.
