- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$16 a half hour weekly lesson paid by the month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview them ahead of first lesson to see what they want or need from music, then at first lesson I demonstrate basic music aspects and I also test them to see what they can handle. Then I assign what they can handle with their practice at home and in future lessons.
