What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning supplies, fresh clothes, paper towel, vacuum cleaner must be provided by customer to receive a discount. Supplies will last for a few cleanings, so it’s a good way to save money and it’s more sanitary because everything stays in the same house.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I’m starting with a new customers, I’m starting with removing cobwebs, cleaning fans, baseboards, doors, deeper cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. The regular cleaning will change your house. This is the best way to have your house always clean and beautiful.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with cleaning my house. I love my house, even with kids and pets everything is always organized and clean.
