Gina, We’re disappointed by this review, especially considering the amount of time spent answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the process. The service that was performed was the exact service authorized and paid for by the property owner. As the tenant, you requested additional services and documentation that were outside the approved scope of work. Those requests required authorization from the property owner, which was never provided. You also expressed concerns about not receiving before-and-after photos. As explained during our conversations, when a landlord or property owner hires and pays for a service, all job documentation is provided directly to that customer. Most concerning is that after the work was completed, the review appeared to be used as leverage for additional work that had not been approved or paid for. We do not operate that way. We perform the work that is authorized, document it, and stand behind it. You state that you are “not 100% certain” the vents were cleaned, yet no evidence was ever provided that the service was not completed. We remain confident in the work performed and the professionalism shown throughout the job. We wish you and the property owner the best moving forward.
