Eighteen months ago, I lost 65 pounds myself and found my passion, Personal Training. understand what it is like to not be fit and have your choice of activities limited. I was a Director or above for Fortune 100 companies for over 20 years before pursuing Personal Training. I know the challenges of managing a busy life.
I am passionate about fitness and want everyone to have the opportunity to benefit from being fit and seeing how good you can feel mentally and physically, to be able to look in the mirror and love how you look.
I get to help others with life choices that will help them live a healthier life, feel and look better. I am passionate about fitness and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and being with other people and seeing them succeed.

Judy is very passionate about personal training. She will get you to your ideal goal in a short period of time. As a former client, I highly recommend you use her coaching and training services. Finally, she will be available if you have questions or are not sure about something. Her great energy and positive outlook helped not just me but her other clients flourish.

I had injured my hamstring, so Judy was able to design workouts around my injury so I could still benefit from physical activity but not further injure myself. Her workouts were easy to follow and I look forward to working with her again!

Great personal trainer! Judy modifies your workout depending on your needs and abilities. While she does not work you to death, she pays special attention to the way you execute the workout and in the nicest way will point out if you are "cheating" :). Judy also pays considerable attention to your diet and will make suggestions to receive the right amount of protein, fat, and carbs.

I've had the pleasure of working with Judy as a personal training customer and a student of personal training. She has obtained a passion for fitness that rivals my own. She has adopted the CHEK principals entirely, and continues to grow as a person and a trainer. It was a joy to help her obtain certification, and to continue to mentor her. She is of exceptional character and compassion. She is already an accomplished trainer, and continuing education is a high priority for her.
