James bent over backward in his assistance with my Macbook pro laptop which stopped working due to a liquid spill on the keyboard. He kept me informed on a regular basis of what he was finding and the progress of the repair. He even picked up a blue tooth keyboard for me as well as a mouse. This repair, I was told from everyone else, could not be fixed. James was very thorough and meticulous, and easy to work with and shared his insights freely that were accurate. (In my case, he detected my impatience and gently told me to take a chill pill. -)) James truly loves his work and his expertise was spot on. What a wonderful man to have fix our TV and at a great price. Would recommend him to anyone who needs their TV repaired. We were on the verge of buying a new TV and decided to give a repair man a try, simply because spending 3500.00 on a new TV was really going to be a huge unexpected cost. My 75 inch Samsung TV had issues with Picture and I have posted a request for service on thumbtack. Jim from WHCS ltd responded to the request immediately. Right from day one Jim was very responsive and professional, he asked for a screen picture and started ordering equipment to accommodate the huge TV. He kept me informed on a regular basis of what he was finding and the progress of parts and equipment.Jim came to our house yesterday and explained us all the work he was planning to do on the TV. He was able to successfully replace my LED lights on the TV. He provided great service. Will definitely recommend and use again. This ess a backlight replscement job that took 6 hrs to perform It is not a fix for the impatient The client was wonderfully cooperative and with his assistance. We got the job done The size is what is hard to deal with. you have a virtual 4x6 1/8th inch piece of glass to deal with

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?for Antennas and materials to install for an outside antenna usually runs for all the hardware about 150.00 and the labor , depending in height of the house can be from 200 to 300 in total cost it usually doesn't run more that this unless a lot of cable has to be run to new spots in the house. this will add 75.00 per cable run which is lower that the industry standard of 125.00 per run
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?TVs. repairs are done on site after diagnostic has been made. I have the client or myself order the proper replacement part. Then I come back and install it. Too many models of TVs cant stock replacement parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a systems analyst for a large corporation and Now I have my own company after I took early retirement.
