I recently had the pleasure of working with Trend Development and Contractor on renovating the first floor of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Peter and his team were exemplary in their professionalism and dedication to the project. One of the major challenges we faced was discovering that the tiles were installed on top of builder-grade tiles. However, the team handled the situation with ease, promptly removing the existing flooring, leveling the ground, and expertly installing vinyl flooring that exceeded my expectations. Peter’s commitment to open communication was truly impressive. He was always reachable and ready to address any questions or concerns I had throughout the renovation process, which provided me with peace of mind and confidence in the project’s progress. Overall, I highly recommend Trend Development and Contractor for any home renovation needs.

Very happy with the work Peter's crew did. It was a small demo and patch job that most people weren't interested in doing, but Peter was able to do only what I needed without requiring that it be a part of a larger project.

Peter and Vinny were awesome! Very responsive and professional from the beginning with detailed documentation of the deliverables and timelines of the project. Very punctual and solution oriented to ensure the was completed to my liking. Fairly priced and completely transparent throughout the project and even helped solve other Home issues unrelated to the basement project such (e.g., sump pump). Would highly recommend Peter and Vinny and will definitely and will use them again for future projects!
