- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each job requires something different. Standard pricing puts the customer in a possible bad situation. You get quoted for a standard install and all of the sudden its not so standard. Now its either pay an extra cost to get the job done right or cut corners. Full details are a must for accurate quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer an in person inspection for all jobs. Its a must on large jobs but not so much for handyman type jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified mechanic, Journeyman lead carpenter for new construction, lifetime on the job.
