I was new on Thumbtack and needed someone to change my 2nd floor den back to a bedroom. I was removing 2 couches to my basement and needed him to bring up a bed, dresser and chair from the basement to that room. I received 3 referrals and Yuri texted back immediately, asked how many people did I think could move the furniture which was 2. He said he could come within 2 hours. They were on time and very professional, even removed their shoes. He also moved an elipitical machine and 3 heavy boxes from a shipment that I received as well that I didn't mention when booking but he didn't cmplain or up the price. They moved my furniture very fast and with care. He wasn't here even an hour and received his payment by Zelle. He made this process seamless and very easy for me. I woud use him again in the future.
