- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For session costs please visit each section of our website: Academic Coaching, Life Coaching, Individual Therapy. As of right now, we do not offer sessions covered by insurance. Sliding scale options are available if you are in need of a lowered cost to fidget a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client may attend an initial consultation call to discuss goals for individual therapy or life coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kim received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Quincy University and a Master of Science in Education for Clinical Mental Health from Northern Illinois University (CACREP-Accredited). She holds a Professional Educator License with endorsements in Reading, LBS1, ESL, Language Arts, and Social Sciences. She is certified in Trauma-Informed Counseling through NIU, is recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors, and has her Licensed Professional Counselor Certification in the state of IL.
