we had a pipe burst on a very busy friday after a rain storm. we were pleasantly surprised that they could come out so quickly for an assessment and work began a few hours after that. the quality of work was excellent. the two employees were very polite and professional. the work was approved by our insurance.

Working with Procare was a great experience. Due to some time constraints, they came out on a holiday to inspect and test the property for my client. Tim was extremely punctual, early actually! The inspection and sample collection were quick and he explained the process the whole time. John followed up immediately after with a call to make sure everything had been handled! I will be recommending Procare to everyone.

I can’t comment on the quality of the work because I know NOTHING about mold removal, however, the young men were punctual, polite, respectful and seemed to know a lot about the process, I thought it was expensive, however I must say again, I know NOTHING about the process. I now have a peace of mind knowing that the issue has been resolved.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a rookie after being introduced to a restoration company through my father, and then I realized that I could run a much better company if I went into business for myself.
