I had an amazing experience with TV Pros mounting my 75” TV above my fireplace! From the moment he arrived (early, which I truly appreciated), I knew I was in good hands. He even asked if he should take his shoes off after noticing I had removed mine — such a small gesture, but it showed immediate respect for my home.
He got right to work — carefully opening the boxes, measuring both the TV and the wall, and walking me through placement options. He made sure to ask for my input on height and centering so everything was exactly how I envisioned it.
We did hit a small hiccup when we realized the mount I purchased wasn’t wide enough to reach the studs. Instead of cutting corners, he clearly explained that the TV would need to be mounted into the concrete behind the wall. There was an additional charge, but I genuinely appreciated the honest communication and professionalism. He made sure it was done the right way — safely and securely.
