- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on rental + labor + expenses. Pricing is calculated based on the requirements for each individual event - get in contact for a quote and share as many details as possible in order for us to get you a quote quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On Thumbtack we have a production expert make the initial contact to determine the scope of a job and try to provide some initial price consultation. Many jobs will be transferred to a different sales representative for more personal attention. New customers will require a 50% deposit and full payment before the event concludes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Bands, individuals, corporate clients, theatrical productions, venues (installed systems).
