Several items were completed, however payment was made in full for ALL components to Allan's remodeling. They knowing left our project unfinished and not in working condition. We have tried repeatedly via phone calls and texts for weeks now to contact them, no response. Took our money and left subpar work unfinished. Would never recommend, as follow up communication for the close of the project did not go well at all. I believe they do fair work, but took on or committed to more than they could complete within a reasonable time.

Allan and his associate painted my kitchen cabinets, entire top floor of my house, and replaced the carpet with laminate. They did excellent work and completed all of the projects within 4 days. Allan is very professional and great at answering questions and helping with decisions. I’ve added a before/after of my kitchen cabinets. I’ll definitely reach out to Allan again for further projects.

This wasn’t my first time working with Allan and I had actually referred him to several other people so I knew the quality of work and skills of his crew. All the supplies and materials were ready to go. The start of the project was fine; workers came daily and worked full days. When it became clear there was more work than initially thought we agreed on a new price and I paid him the additional deposit/upfront amount immediately. We’re now 12 weeks into this remodel and haven’t seen a worker in several weeks. I’ve communicated everything to Allan from the countertop installers and he kept saying he’d come to do the things prior to countertop install and never came. Last time I asked what day of the week he was coming he stated he has to check the schedule. Really?! This project has been on your schedule for 3 months and when the customer informs you the countertop can’t be installed because you didnt finish the cabinet install all the way (panels&spacers) and you don’t work towards a solution after delaying it for weeks! I’m at a loss for words. It’s a full kitchen remodel but it’s only 188 sqft. Allan’s crew does do good work but leaving a project unfinished after delaying it for weeks to work on other projects, lying about coming out to do the work and then just not communicating at all is unprofessional and beyond disappointing. And now I still have to find different people to finish the work at added expense since payments were already made to Allan.
