I can't say enough about Charletta's response time, as well as a job VERY well done! My sister from Texas did a review a short time ago, and everything she said is ABSOLUTELY true! Charletta became an overnight sensation in our eyes, when she offered her services outside of her regular hours to do an emergency move-in cleaning for us. I have personally hired over 10 or more house cleaning services, for my own house, as well as for my design clients, and NONE of them have measured up to the level that I expect...until now. We plan to use Charletta for all of our properties once they are completed, I will use her for my house, and I will refer her to my clients and friends who are looking for house cleaning. I am a picky customer, so for me to say that she is simply the BEST is big deal...But it's true....She is! This quality of work is rare, so keep up the good work.

I sent a request at 4:00 pm, I live in Texas and needed my rental apartment clean in Chicago for clients that were moving the next morning. I received a call within 5 minutes of the request. And she was able to go that same day at 7:00pm. I should mention that I hired a contractor to do what should have been a 2 day job that turned into a 5 day nightmare. The apartment was cleaned prior to his arrival but you could not tell it when you opened the door. Saw dust and sheetrock dust, was everywhere. I panicked and for the heck of it I turned to my friend Google, finder of all things. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness or the amazing job, I sent my sister a interior designer to check the work and pay for the woek. My sister has a little ADHD well a lot and she was blown away when she saw the place after it was cleaned. The apartment was completely cleaned and smelling wonderful. She was great, and the work was the best I have seen in years. I have people clean for me all over the US as a property manager and owner, and if I could I would move her to Texas...if you want it done right call JD Edwards cleaning services, and to top it off it was super affordable.
