Look at the photos and you will see what I was left with. Inferior job. The situation with the owner was worse. Wanting me to pay extra to get more maid’s to come in and clean up after a poor job done the first time. Then arguing and trying to defend a poor job done by her services. Floors were not even clean. Using the same dirty rag through out my condo in the bathroom, the same dirty rag on the kitchen counters and all rooms. After wanting to charge extra to clean up after a poor job. Negotiating a lower price for a poor job. Then has the nerve to turn around and send me an invoice for the full price. Just a heads up for other customers. I’m certain you will not want to go through what I did.

Dear Dawne! Thank you sincerely for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to provide our service. We would like to respectfully clarify that the appointment was booked as a regular cleaning, but the apartment required a deep cleaning. Our team worked for two and a half hours, and the total of $140 was already a very minimal rate for that amount of work. There were also several additional requests added that are not included in a standard cleaning and are normally charged separately. Unfortunately, no payment was made for the service, though we always strive to remain polite, transparent, and open in communication with all our clients.
