- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is straightforward and transparent: we charge an hourly rate with a minimum service time. There are no hidden fees- customers only pay for the time worked, plus any agreed-upon extras like supplies or long carries if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the details of the move, including location, items, timing and photos. On move day, I arrive on time, secure belongings, work efficiently, and communicate throughout the job to make sure everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world work. I've spent over 15 years in labor-intensive moving and logistics roles, learning proper lifting techniques, loading strategies, furniture protection, and job-site safety through daily practice. This on-the-job experience has taught me efficiency, problem-solving, and customer care in ways that formal classroom training can't.
