- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge a flat rate for my service, and the cost of food, wait staff if necessary and any additional items, paper plates, cutlery, table cloths for example would be extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a new client to discuss any dietary concerns or allergies they may have. I also like to discuss what their favorite dishes are, what flavors they like, what spice levels. Then I like to tailor their taste to dishes and create a menu to their own personal liking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at a Culinary School during college! I was responsible for shopping, food preparation and assisting the chef's in preparing their recipes. I also ran a vegetarian kitchen as well. I am always researching new recipes, trends in the market and am continually searching out classes to improve my skills!
